From Classroom Teacher to Edupreneur Growth Mentor

My journey began in the classroom, fueled by a genuine reverence for the craft of teaching. Over ten years, I taught and trained hundreds of students and educators across foundational disciplines including Vedic Maths, Abacus, Phonics, and Public Speaking. I experienced firsthand the profound fulfillment of watching a child grasp a mathematical shortcut or a teacher command a classroom with newfound vocal presence.

Yet, as I immersed myself deeper into the education sector, I uncovered a silent and pervasive crisis: some of the most gifted, dedicated teachers in our community were exhausting themselves for stagnant hourly compensation. They were masters of pedagogy, but completely invisible in the broader market. They were dependent entirely on unpredictable word-of-mouth referrals, held back by the fear of self-promotion, and devoid of systems to generate steady inquiries.

They didn't struggle because they lacked teaching skill. They struggled because they had never been taught the architecture of an education business.

Armed with an MBA in business strategy and an LLB in legal frameworks, I decided to bridge this divide. I synthesized professional business systems with authentic educator values—developing an operational playbook tailored specifically for teachers, tutors, and coaching institute owners. That journey led to the founding of Rise & Reclaim Hub and the publishing of my book, Rise and Reclaim.

Today, my sole focus is helping educators transform from reliant hourly teachers into confident, thriving edupreneurs who command premium value and build generational legacies.
